ToolSuite offers a monthly subscription granting access to a curated suite of third-party tools. The subscription is billed on a recurring basis unless cancelled.

3. Pricing and Payment

The current subscription price is $29.95 USD per month. Prices are subject to change with notice. Payment is processed through our payment partner. You authorize recurring charges until cancellation.

4. Subscription and Cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically each month. You may cancel at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting support. Cancellation stops renewal; you retain access until the end of the current billing period.

5. Refund Policy

We offer refunds on a case-by-case basis. If you experience technical issues or are dissatisfied, contact us within 14 days of your purchase for a refund request. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

6. Delivery and Access

Access to the Service is delivered digitally and immediately upon successful payment. You will receive login credentials or access instructions via email.

7. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Access to third-party tools depends on their respective providers. We are not liable for outages caused by third-party services.

8. Right of Withdrawal

9. Limitation of Liability

WESTWIND KCB Limited's liability is limited to the amount paid for the subscription in the current billing period. We are not liable for damages arising from third-party tool unavailability.

10. Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Any dispute shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. Failing that, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
